Production terms

1. Orders

Orders enter production after the required files and, where applicable, payment have been confirmed. Production times are estimates and may vary with quantity, finish and file corrections.

2. Rights

By uploading audio, images, trademarks or text, the customer confirms they hold the rights or permissions required for physical reproduction. DISCMADE may suspend orders where there are clear indications of rights infringement.

3. Files & proofs

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of titles, credits, tracklists and approved artwork. Small colour differences between screen and print are inherent to physical production.

4. Custom production

Custom products are manufactured for each order. Cancellations or changes after production starts may not be possible. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.

5. Payment & shipping

Production and delivery are shown separately. Available payment methods may change as new integrations, including SumUp, are activated.
